Job summary

Qualifications

• BLS/CPR certification as per AHA for ambulatory settings.
• PA and/or NJ CRNP licensure.
• PA and/or NJ Prescriptive Authority.
• RN licensure with National Board Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct clinical care for patient population per established protocols.
• Maintains accurate and confidential medical records in EHR.
• Identifies patient and family roles and scope with collaborating physician.
• Functions within scope and refers to collaborating physician when outside scope.
• Performs interventions per patient needs and collaborative agreement.
• Participates in quality and service improvement processes.
• Demonstrates professional responsibility and leadership.
• Provides education to patients on diagnosis, treatments, medications, and prevention.
