Job summary

360care is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide on-site patient care within our partner senior care facilities in Michigan. This 1099 independent contractor role offers flexibility and autonomy to deliver high-quality care.

You will make clinical decisions, collaborate with our Care Coordination team, and enjoy a schedule that excludes evenings and weekends. The focus is on delivering compassionate, evidence-based care while we handle scheduling and billing.

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner credential (APRN) required.
• Ability to work independently as a 1099 contractor.
• Strong patient-care focus with compassionate approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site patient care in a facility setting.
• Make autonomous clinical decisions in patient care.
• Maintain a flexible schedule with no evenings or weekends.
