Job summary

360care in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join as a 1099 Independent Contractor, providing patient care within participating senior care facilities. You will make clinical decisions and coordinate care while enjoy a flexible schedule and the autonomy of contracting work.

We supply equipment, scheduling, billing, and field mentorship from Clinical Director; you focus on delivering high-quality care to residents.

Qualifications

• Active NP license in Ohio.
• Board certification in applicable specialty encouraged.
• Clinical experience in senior care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care as a Nurse Practitioner in senior care facilities.
• Make clinical decisions and coordinate care with facility teams.
• Engage in care planning while maintaining high-quality patient outcomes.
