Job summary

360care is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join as a 1099 independent contractor in Ohio. You will provide clinical care within senior-care facilities, perform resident assessments, and support care planning while 360care handles scheduling, billing, and admin tasks.

This role offers flexible scheduling, no evenings or weekends, and collaboration with the Clinical Director and NP colleagues to ensure high-quality, compliant care. Active NP licensure in good standing is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed NP in good standing.
• Active Ohio NP license or eligibility.
• Strong patient-care and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical care to residents in partner facilities.
• Coordinate with the Clinical Director and team; no evenings or weekends.
