Responsibilities

• Provide initial and ongoing psychiatric evaluations.
• Provide medication management under supervision.
• Coordinate mental health care with interdisciplinary teams at both Philadelphia sites.
• Document resident progress in Electronic Health Records in compliance with policies.
• Attend case conferences and maintain professional standards across sites.
