Job summary

Stonington Institute in Connecticut is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our behavioral health team. The APRN will contribute to high-quality, client-centered care for adults receiving substance use treatment at our North Stonington location.

You will work with an inter-disciplinary team alongside clinicians, nurses and support staff to deliver evidence-based services across detox, residential and outpatient programs, while pursuing professional development within UHS.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in nursing with a current State of Connecticut License.
• Minimum of one year experience working in the Mental Health or Substance Abuse field preferred.
• Commitment to Client-Centered Care: compassionate, empathetic practitioners who make a difference.
• Strong Communication Skills: effectively communicate with clients and interdisciplinary team.
