Englewood Health in Bergen County, New Jersey, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join the UroGYN team in a full-time role.

The selected candidate will work collaboratively with surgeons, residents, nursing staff and multidisciplinary teams to care for patients with pelvic floor disorders and related conditions.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Women's Health, Gynecology, Urology, Urogynecology, or surgical specialty preferred.
• DEA and NJ CDS registration
• Current BLS and ACLS certification
• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• National Board certification is required
• Current NJ Professional Nurse License
• Current NJ Nurse Practitioner License
• Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Current NJ Physician Assistant License
• Current NCCPA Certification

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, histories, and physical examinations.
• Diagnose and manage patients with urogynecologic and pelvic floor disorders.
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians.
• Provide patient education regarding diagnoses, treatment options, procedures, and preventive care.
• Perform office-based procedures as appropriate and within scope of practice.
• Review diagnostic testing and communicate results to patients.
• Document clinical encounters accurately and efficiently in the EMR.
• Coordinate care with referring physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare providers.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and practice growth efforts.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical, regulatory, and organizational standards.

This advanced practice provider will work collaboratively with surgeons, residents, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care to patients with complex conditions in our expanding UroGYN practice.

About the Opportunity

• Our growing Urogynecology practice is dedicated to providing exceptional, patient-centered care for women experiencing pelvic floor disorders, urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and related conditions.
• GYN Onc/UroTeam: Three (3) Providers, One (1) Nurse Practitioner.
