Position Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
• Call Schedule: None
• Practice Detail: Seasoned team of providers and staff
• Facility: AMG Dixon Road, Kokomo, Indiana

Responsibilities

In collaboration with a physician, provide primary healthcare services including diagnosing and treating acute or chronic conditions, obtaining patient histories, performing assessments, ordering and interpreting diagnostic studies, providing preventative care, and educating patients and families. Document all healthcare delivery in accordance with standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing
• Current BLS certification
• Valid Nurse Practitioner license from ANCC, Indiana Board of Nursing, or NCC, or RN license with appropriate credentials
