**Responsibilities**

Ascension St. Vincent seeks an Advanced Practice Provider for our ENT department. This role offers an excellent opportunity to collaborate with Ascension St. Vincent to deliver medical services to patients.

**Position Highlights:**

• Monday through Friday
• No call schedule
• Manage follow-up patients (including surgical, annual cancer, thyroid visits, and cerumen removal)
• Work with a diverse age range

**Responsibilities:**

• In collaboration with a physician, expand primary healthcare services by diagnosing and treating certain acute or chronic conditions.
• Obtain patient history, perform assessments, order and interpret diagnostic studies, and conduct preventative health assessments.
• Provide direct treatment, manage health conditions, and refer patients as needed.
• Educate patients and families about health, treatment options, and community resources.
• Document care in accordance with standards and policies.

**Requirements**

**Licensure/Certification:**

• BLS Provider within 1 month of hire
• One or more of the following within 6 months of hire: Nurse Practitioner (ANCC, Indiana Board, NCC) or Registered Nurse (ANCC, Indiana Board), with valid state license

**Education:**

• Master's degree in Nursing
