Job summary

Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Nurse Practitioner Primary Care Provider is responsible for providing direct clinical customer-owner care in an assigned area; managing care for a panel of customer-owners; and working with other clinical staff to establish medical protocols and treatment regimens.

The position supports SCF’s Alaska Native population within its geographic service area, with incentives including a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance, and adherence to health and immunization

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in Alaska.
• Current certification by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. ACLS, NRP, ATLS, ALSO and PALS as required for scope of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical customer-owner care in assigned area.
• Manage care for a panel of customer-owners.
• Work with other clinical staff to establish medical protocols and treatment regimens.
