EXO Med Spa is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team in Illinois. You will lead aesthetic consultations, provide injectables, and manage hormone optimization treatment plans. Education, client relationships, and brand growth are central to this role.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner with credentials to practice in Illinois.
• Injectable experience required.
• Hormone/HRT experience required.
• Confident in patient consultations and planning treatment approaches.
• Outgoing, personable, energetic and able to educate clients clearly.
• Motivated to build own patient base and repeat clientele.
• Team-oriented and eager to help other providers grow.

Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic consultations and create customized treatment plans.
• Administer injectables (neuromodulators and dermal fillers) and provide aftercare.
• Conduct hormone and HRT consultations and manage treatment plans.
• Educate patients on hormones, wellness, aesthetics, skincare, supplements, and options.
• Build and maintain a loyal patient base and ensure retention.
• Collaborate with nurses, estheticians, and management.
• Promote services through events, promotions, and community outreach.
• Create engaging content to raise awareness of EXO's services.
