Job summary

Valley Hope of Boonville seeks a medical provider to join our dedicated team. This onsite role requires 4-5 hours per day on weekdays with on-call weekend coverage, focusing on delivering high-quality medical services within residential and outpatient addiction treatment programs.

Responsibilities include medical management, MAT options when needed, and collaboration with leadership. Strong licensure, extensive clinical experience, and adherence to regulatory standards are essential to support

Qualifications

• Unrestricted State License (PMHNP or FNP) to practice in state of employment.
• Six (6) plus years of clinical/medical work experience.
• Experience with healthcare accreditation; preference within the substance abuse treatment industry.
• DEA registration.
• Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical services to Valley Hope Residential and Outpatient programs, including history, physicals, follow-ups, psychological evaluations, and MAT options as needed.
• Be available via phone for on-call coverage daily when not on-site.
• Lead and participate in performance improvement activities related to medical and nursing services.
• Oversee drugs, medications, treatments, and tests in accordance with law.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with facility management to ensure regulatory compliance and quality of care.
• Support safety, infection control, and compliance initiatives across the facility.
