Job summary

Valley Hope of Boonville seeks a medical provider to join our dedicated team. Onsite 4-5 hours daily, Monday to Friday, with on-call weekends; provides medical services to residential and outpatient programs, including MAT options when appropriate.

Requires PMHNP or FNP license, 6+ years of clinical experience, BLS, and DEA registration. We emphasize a mission-driven culture and opportunities to impact patients and families.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted state license for PMHNP or FNP required.
• 6+ years of clinical/medical work experience.
• Experience with healthcare accreditation in substance abuse treatment preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• DEA registration required.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical services to Valley Hope Residential and Outpatient programs as needed.
• Assess, treat, and manage patients, including MAT options as appropriate.
• Be available via phone for on-call duties daily when not on site.
• Meet with leadership and Medical Director at least every two months to review progress.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory requirements.

Education

Unrestricted State License (PMHNP or FNP) to practice in state of employment.

Six (6) plus years of clinical/medical work experience.

Work experience with healthcare accreditation with preference within the substance abuse treatment industry.

Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration.
