Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing required.

• Experience prescribing MOUD in a treatment setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform MOUD prescriptions for buprenorphine/naloxone.
• Ensure medical record completeness and accuracy.
• Conduct medical evaluations and history taking at admission.
• Coordinate care with Medical Director and program staff.
• Adhere to HIPAA and state regulations in all duties.
