Job summary

Thrivur Health Llc is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive MAT services in an outpatient setting in Colorado. You will assess, diagnose, and manage substance use disorders, initiating buprenorphine and other MAT therapies while coordinating with behavioral health colleagues.

The role requires an active Colorado APN license, board certification in family/PMH/AGNP, and DEA MAT eligibility.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado APN license and board certification in an applicable NP track.
• Eligible for X-waiver and MAT prescribing under current DEA rules.
• Proficient with EHR documentation and clinical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive medical and psychosocial assessments for MAT patients.
• Initiate and manage buprenorphine, naltrexone, and related MAT therapies.
• Coordinate care with behavioral health providers and therapists.
• Educate patients on adherence, overdose prevention, and harm reduction.
• Maintain compliant documentation and HIPAA standards.
