Avenues Recovery Center Eastern Shore is seeking an experienced clinician to provide medical monitoring and medication management for clients across inpatient and residential treatment. You will create individualized care plans, stabilize patients, and coordinate with medical and UR teams to ensure seamless care transitions.

Requirements include unrestricted FNP/PMH-NP/PA-C certifications and a valid state license, as well as DEA certification and CPR; one year of relevant experience is

Formación

• Unrestricted FNP/PMH-NP/PA-C certification valid in the state of Maryland.
• Valid state medical license and Federal DEA certification required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in substance use disorder, psychiatry, or mental health preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Create individual medical care treatment plans and provide medical monitoring/medication management.
• Stabilize patients and enable full engagement in treatment.
• Update orders, review UDS and lab results, and coordinate with UR teams.
• Maintain thorough documentation of medical interventions and directives.
• Complete daily/weekly client appointment schedules efficiently.
• Collaborate with extended medical, clinical, and UR teams for coordinated care.
