Job summary

American Addiction Centers is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team. You will perform evaluations, manage detox and MAT per SOP, and coordinate with physicians to deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced setting.

You must hold an unrestricted NP/PA license, DEA, and BLS, with strong EMR skills, teamwork, and communication. Evening and weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• Current, unrestricted DEA Certification.
• Current BLS Certification (ACLS preferred).
• Ability to interact professionally with diverse backgrounds.
• Computer literate with EMR usage.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations, H&Ps, detox management, and MAT as per SOP.
• Order labs and prescribe medications and treatments.
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with clinicians.
• Communicate patient needs to physicians and specialists as needed.
• Document encounters and test results accurately in EMR.
• Attend medical staff meetings and participate in quality reviews.
• Travel between facilities if required and work evenings/weekends.
