Accolades Physician Resources is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a tight-knit hospitalist team in a critical access hospital in New Hampshire. The role offers a 7 on/7 off day rotation (7am–7pm) with telemedicine coverage from 7pm–7am and opportunities for meaningful inpatient care.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of NP/PA hospitalist experience, NH license eligibility, and board certification or eligibility with US residency.

Qualifications

• NP-C or PA-C with 3+ years experience (critical access hospital exp. preferred).
• Ability to obtain/maintain New Hampshire license.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.

Responsibilities

• Rounding, Admitting, Collaborating with physicians, nursing & care teams, Identifying/managing chronic medical conditions & providing continuous care to hospitalized inpatients.
• Writing orders in accordance with current practice guidelines.
• Prescribing medications, as necessary; Complete PatientCharting Same Day.
• Providing urgent evaluation to patients with changes in clinical status.

Seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistantto join a tight-knit, long-standing team in a critical access hospital setting inNew Hampshire Fall of 2026. Low census = more time for meaningful patient care!

ROLE
