Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care in West Springfield, Virginia is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time role in our urgent care team. The compensation is salaried with an hourly equivalent of $69.00 to $77.00, plus potential bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

This full-time position requires Virginia licensure (FNP or PA), BLS/ACLS, and at least 1 year in urgent care. You will work 8:00 AM–8:00 PM, three to twelve hour shifts, and every other weekend,

Qualifications

• NP: Master’s in Advanced Clinical Practice or post‑master’s certificate.
• PA: NCCPA certification and Virginia PA license.
• BLS & ACLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality, patient‑centered care in urgent care.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to deliver timely services.
• Manage patient flow and contribute to a fast-paced team.

Compensation Range

This position is paid on a salaried basis; however, the equivalent hourly rate ranges from $69.00 to $77.00 per hour, depending on experience, location, and FTE status. Total compensation may also include bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Job Summary

Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care is looking for dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join our expanding team. We currently have a Full‑time opportunity available at our West Springfield Center. At this time we do not have any PRN openings. This is an excellent chance to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and fast-paced urgent care environment while making a meaningful impact in the community.

Full‑Time Schedule Overview

• Total Shifts: 3-12 hour shifts
• Shift Length: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (12 hours each)
• Every other weekend

Minimum Qualifications

• NP: Master’s in Advanced Clinical Practice or post‑master’s certificate program
• PA: Graduate of accredited PA program and NCCPA certification

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine

Licensure & Certification

• BLS & ACLS Certification
• Licensed FNP or PA in Virginia
• DEA License
• Signed Practice Agreement and Scope of Practice/Protocol

Credentialing Requirements

• Successful completion of payer credentialing (Medicare/Medicaid)
• Medical Staff credentialing for clinical privileges
