Physician Assistant Full Time – Urgent Care

Location: West Springfield, Virginia

Compensation: This position is paid on a salaried basis; hourly equivalent ranges from $69.00 to $77.00 per hour, depending on experience, location, and FTE status. Total compensation may also include bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Job Summary: Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care is looking for dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistants to join our expanding team. We currently have a full‑time opportunity available at our West Springfield Center. At this time we do not have any PRN openings. This is an excellent chance to provide high‑quality, patient‑centered care in a collaborative and fast‑paced urgent care environment while making a meaningful impact in the community.

Full‑Time Schedule Overview

• Total Shifts: 3-12 hour shifts and every other weekend
• Shift Length: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (12 hours each)

Education

Minimum Qualifications:

• NP: Master’s in Advanced Clinical Practice or post-master’s certificate program
• PA: Graduate of accredited PA program and NCCPA certification

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine

Licensure & Certification

• BLS & ACLS Certification
• Licensed FNP or PA in Virginia
• DEA License
• Signed Practice Agreement and Scope of Practice/Protocol

Credentialing Requirements

• Successful completion of payer credentialing (Medicare/Medicaid)
• Medical Staff credentialing for clinical privileges
