Join our growing team delivering compassionate, high-quality care directly to patients in their homes across Northern California.

Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced and dedicated NPs or PAs to perform in-home clinical care, including wound assessments, dressing changes, debridement, and general exams and treatment. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide personalized care while enjoying schedule flexibility and autonomy in a supportive environment.
Specialized training in advanced wound management, including debridement and application of skin biologic grafting, will be provided under the guidance of a skilled surgeon.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct wound care, dressing changes, and debridement
Perform general exams and follow-up treatment plans
Collaborate with supervising physicians and care teams
Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications:
Active NP or PA license in California
Prior experience in wound care or home health preferred
Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
