Job summary

National Recruiters is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to perform in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare Advantage members as a PRN/1099 contractor. Flexible schedule (50+ hours/month). No prescribing, no on-call, and no follow-up care.

Must complete credentialing and onboarding within 10–12 days and begin fieldwork immediately. Position requires ability to cover multiple counties with autonomy in scheduling and travel.

Qualifications

• Active NP license required.
• No PAs; exclusions apply (Pediatrics, PMHNP, Women's Health).
• Ability to complete credentialing paperwork, training and onboarding in 10–12 days.

Responsibilities

NURSE PRACTITIONER (NP) - IN-HOME HEALTH RISK ASSESSMENTS

Position: PRN / 1099 Contractor

Exclusions: PMHNP, Women's Health, Pediatric NP's and PA's.

Schedule: Flexible (50+ hours/month)

Compensation: $115 - $125 per visit

• $115 - 50-60 hours per month
• $120 - 70-80 hours per month
• $125 - 80+ hours per month

We are seeking Nurse Practitioners (Certain NPs only; no PAs) with no less than 50 hours per month who can start immediately completing in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare Advantage members. Must be able to complete credentialingpaperwork, training, and onboarding within the first 10-12 days and start field-based work immediately after thereafter.

This is a pure assessment role: No prescribing, no on-call, and zero follow-up care.

THE PAY BREAKDOWN

• $115 - 50-60 hours per month,$120 - 70-80 hours per month,$125 - 80+ hours per month
• Additional Pay: $250 flat-rate paid training, $25 full HRA no-shows, $65 diagnostic-only visits, $10 diagnostic no-shows. Fast-Track Bonus: Extra incentive bonus if you complete onboarding paperwork within 24 hours

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Conduct in-home HRAs (medical history, lifestyle, basic physical/mental evaluations).
• Provide preventive care education.
• Document visits using a company-provided iPad.

(Must be willing to cover 3 counties, but not all in the same day.)
