St. Catherine of Siena Nursing and Rehabilitation and St. Catherine of Siena Hospital, part of Catholic Health, is seeking an LPN in Smithtown, NY.

The role involves safe medication administration, aseptic technique, and close collaboration with a care team to support patients and families in a compassionate environment. The ideal candidate will hold an NYS LPN license, complete BCLS training, and demonstrate excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

Qualificações

• Diploma from an accredited LPN program and NYS LPN license.

Job Details

Requirements:

• Diploma from an accredited LPN program and current NYS LPN license required.
• BCLS training and current certification required from: American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Proficiency with care tasks such as safe medication administration, aseptic technique, etc.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and effective oral and written communication skills to enhance age-specific patient care, team collaboration and analytical problem solving.
• A detail-orientation with multiple tasks and follow-through of tasks to completion.
• Advanced proficiency using EPIC is a plus.

Salary Range

USD $38.97 - USD $42.56 /Yr.

This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include anybonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this joband it does not include the value of benefits.
