Job summary

Pinnacle Fertility in Washington state seeks a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our multidisciplinary team across Seattle, Everett, Tacoma, Kirkland, Bellevue, and Spokane locations. This full-time, onsite role follows a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekend/holiday coverage.

You will conduct fertility evaluations, manage treatments including ovulation induction, IUI, and IVF, perform ultrasounds, educate patients, and coordinate care with physicians and lab staff.

Qualifications

• Active WA RN license required.
• 1 year of clinical healthcare experience at minimum.
• Active BLS certification needed.
• Women's health background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fertility consultations and initial workups.
• Manage fertility treatments including ovulation induction, IUI, and IVF.
• Perform diagnostic ultrasounds and uterine assessments.
• Triage OB cases and manage complex pregnancies.
• Educate patients on treatments, medications, and care plans.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families.
• Coordinate care with providers and lab staff.
• Maintain accurate EMR records and participate in quality initiatives.

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our dedicated team at Pinnacle Fertility - Washington, we have open positions at our Seattle, Everett, Tacoma, Kirkland, Bellevue, and Spokane clinic locations. This is a full-time, onsite position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, and an occasional weekend/holiday coverage as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations and assessments, including fertility evaluations and initial workups.
• Manage fertility treatments such as ovulation induction, intrauterine insemination (IUI), and in vitro fertilization (IVF).
• Perform diagnostic procedures, including ultrasounds, uterine assessments, and monitoring for fertility treatments.
• Effectively triage cases, including bleeding OBs, ectopics, and challenging early OB ultrasounds.
• Educate patients on fertility treatments, procedures, medications, and care plans.
• Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families throughout their treatment.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and laboratory staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate patient records in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education to stay current in reproductive medicine.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner (NP) with an active WA state RN license.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
• Active BLS required.
• Women’s health background preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient counseling skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively triage complex OB cases.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Salary: $130,000 - $180,000 annually. Final salary offers will be based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
