Pinnacle Fertility, Inc. is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our Illinois team in Chicago. The NP will provide high-quality fertility care within a multidisciplinary setting, supporting patients through evaluation, treatment planning, and ongoing management.

This full-time, onsite role follows a Monday–Friday schedule with some weekend/holiday coverage as needed. The ideal candidate holds an active IL RN license, 1 year of clinical experience, BLS certification, and strong communication

Qualifications

• Active IL state RN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
• Active BLS certification required.
• Women's health background preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and patient counseling skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations and fertility evaluations.
• Manage fertility treatments including ovulation induction, IUI and IVF.
• Perform diagnostic ultrasounds and monitoring for treatments.
• Triage OB cases and provide patient education and counseling.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team and maintain EMR records.
• Support quality improvement and continuing education in reproductive medicine.

About the Role

The Nurse Practitioner (NP) position at Pinnacle Fertility is an ideal opportunity for those seeking to be an integral part of a fertility patient’s journey towards becoming a parent. The NP will engage with patients throughout their journey, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide excellent, high-quality care.

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated team at Pinnacle Fertility - Illinois in Chicago. This is a full-time, onsite position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, working 7:00 AM - 3:30 AM and an occasional weekend/holiday coverage as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations and assessments, including fertility evaluations and initial workups.
• Manage fertility treatments such as ovulation induction, intrauterine insemination (IUI), and in vitro fertilization (IVF).
• Perform diagnostic procedures, including ultrasounds, uterine assessments, and monitoring for fertility treatments.
• Effectively triage cases, including bleeding OBs, ectopics, and challenging early OB ultrasounds.
• Educate patients on fertility treatments, procedures, medications, and care plans.
• Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families throughout their treatment.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and laboratory staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate patient records in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education to stay current in reproductive medicine.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner (NP) with an active IL state RN license.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
• Active BLS required.
• Women’s health background preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient counseling skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively triage complex OB cases.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
• Annual Salary: $110,000 to $150,000 annually . Final salary offers will be based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
