Pinnacle Fertility in Chicago is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our dedicated team and support fertility patients on their journey to parenthood. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, compassionate care from evaluation through treatment.

This full-time onsite role requires an IL license, 1 year of clinical experience, and BLS certification. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekend/holiday coverage and a competitive

The NP will engage with patients throughout their journey, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide excellent, high-quality care.

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated team at Pinnacle Fertility - Illinois in Chicago. This is a full-time, onsite position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, working 7:00 AM - 3:30 AM and an occasional weekend/holiday coverage as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations and assessments, including fertility evaluations and initial workups.
• Manage fertility treatments such as ovulation induction, intrauterine insemination (IUI), and in vitro fertilization (IVF).
• Perform diagnostic procedures, including ultrasounds, uterine assessments, and monitoring for fertility treatments.
• Effectively triage cases, including bleeding OBs, ectopics, and challenging early OB ultrasounds.
• Educate patients on fertility treatments, procedures, medications, and care plans.
• Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families throughout their treatment.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and laboratory staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate patient records in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education to stay current in reproductive medicine.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner (NP) with an active IL state RN license.

• Ability to work autonomously and effectively triage complex OB cases.

• Annual Salary: $110,000 to $150,000 annually . Final salary offers will be based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
