Job summary

Alamo City Urgent Care in Texas seeks a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner to join our fast-paced, patient-centered team. You will provide comprehensive care for acute illnesses and injuries, work with physicians and staff, and help optimize workflow in a high-volume setting.

The ideal candidate has an unrestricted TX PA/NP license, at least two years in urgent care, and relevant certifications (NCCPA or AANP/ANCC), with DEA and DOT preferred.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Texas PA or NP license
• Minimum of 2 years of urgent care experience preferred
• DEA license or ability to obtain within 90 days
• DOT certification preferred (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
• ACLS and PALS certifications preferred but not required
• Strong clinical judgment with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Alamo City Urgent Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our dynamic clinical team. This role is ideal for a provider who thrives in a fast-paced urgent care environment and is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. You will work collaboratively with physicians and support staff while managing a diverse range of acute medical conditions.

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive patient care in a high-volume urgent care setting

• Utilize and support AI-assisted EMR documentation tools as appropriate

Schedule & Compensation:

• Schedule:
  • The full-time schedule alternates between approximately 36 hours one week and 33 hours the following week. Clinic hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Saturday coverage rotates every other Saturday.
  • Closed on Sundays
  • Closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day (holiday rotations apply)
• Compensation:
  • Competitive shift-based pay: $75-$80 per hour
