Job summary

Novant Health GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking experienced PRN Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners to join our Winston-Salem, NC region team. The centers provide a high-quality urgent care experience with on-site X-ray and EPIC EMR, and an emphasis on collaboration within a clinical team.

We are recruiting for PRN positions only at this time; prior urgent care or emergency medicine experience and the ability to manage patients from 6 months and older are preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of full-time Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine experience.
• Comfortable with minor procedures (suturing, casts, splints, etc.), and preliminary reads on EKGs and X-rays.
• Experience treating patients ages 6 months and up in an acute care setting.
• Physicians need to be board certified in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine or Med-Peds.

• Be the professional you envision. Collaborate with an on-site Rad Tech, and Medical Assistants as a clinical team leader.
• Extended hour centers offer a shift differential after 8pm.
