Job summary

Narenda Kumar, MD, PC in Saginaw, MI is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient Sleep Medicine team. You will evaluate patients, diagnose sleep disorders, and develop care plans with CPAP therapy and medications.

This onsite role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no call, evenings, or weekends, and travel between Bay City, Midland, and Mt. Pleasant as needed to support our growing sleep medicine practice.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan NP or PA license (unrestricted).
• Board certification in sleep medicine or related field.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and patient-centered care.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a team.
• Willingness to travel between clinic locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and follow-up visits.
• Diagnose and manage sleep disorders including OSA, narcolepsy, insomnia, and RLS.
• Develop individualized care plans, including CPAP therapy and medication management.
• Educate patients on sleep health, treatment compliance, and lifestyle modifications.
• Monitor patient outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and clinical staff across locations.
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation.
• Uphold clinical, regulatory, and quality standards.

What You'll Do

As a key member of our clinical team, you will:

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Pulmonary, Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Neurology, or related specialties
