Job summary

Ozarks Community Hospital (OCH) in Rogers, AR seeks a Float Nurse Practitioner to deliver primary care across our Benton County Clinic network. The NP will focus on health maintenance, disease prevention, patient education and counseling under physician supervision.

Qualifications include an NP license, RN license, a Master's in NP, national certification or eligibility, and BLS with recertification. OCH offers comprehensive benefits and equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse License.
• Current Nurse Practitioner License.
• Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner's Program.
• National Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or certification eligible. Certification must be obtained within the first six months of employment.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or American Red Cross; recertification required before expiration during employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary healthcare to patients and families with focus on health maintenance, disease prevention, patient education and counseling.
• Work under direct supervision of a physician within established guidelines and scope of practice.

Nurse Practitioner is responsible for providing primary healthcare to patients and families, focusing on health maintenance, disease prevention, patient education, and counseling. Works under direct supervision of a physician following established guidelines as required and within established scope of practice.

Requirements:
