  • Contribute to a safer and healthier workplace environment.
Clinical Leadership & Client Partnership:
  • Collaborate with WorkCare's Consulting Medical Director and onsite nursing team.
  • Maintain strong relationships with client management, safety teams, and employees.
  • Provide accurate documentation, reporting, and health record management.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, clinical standards, and regulatory requirements.

In this role, success means:

  • Return-to-work decisions are safe, appropriate, and employee-focused.
  • Occupational injuries are managed effectively and efficiently.
  • Client leaders view you as a trusted healthcare partner.
  • Documentation remains accurate, compliant, and audit-ready.
  • Employees feel supported throughout the recovery and return-to-work process.
What You'll Bring:

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Employee Health experience.
  • Workers' Compensation case management experience.
  • Return-to-Work program experience.
  • Experience working in onsite employer clinics, urgent care, emergency medicine, family practice, or occupational health settings.
You’ll Thrive Here If You:
