Job summary

Preferred Podiatry Group PC is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide podiatric care in long-term and senior care facilities in Springfield, IL. You will assess, diagnose, and treat foot conditions, deliver diabetic foot care, and educate patients on mobility and prevention.

The role supports collaboration with facility staff, documentation in NextGen EMR on an iPad, and Medicare quality program involvement. Flexible schedule and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in NP from an accredited program.
• Active RN license and NP certification (ANCC or AANP).
• 2–5 years' experience in podiatry post-training (preferred).
• Long-term care/nursing home experience (preferred).
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, independent settings.

Compensation

Providers are compensated based on a percentage of the revenue they generate through billing and collections. Based on 50 working weeks per year, estimated annual earnings range from $22,000-$34,000 per day per week worked (e.g., 1 day/week = $22,000-$34,000 annually; up to 5 days/week = $110,000-$170,000 annually). Actual earnings vary based on caseload, patient volume, services rendered, and billing and collection performance. A comprehensive overview of our compensation structure will be provided during the interview process.
