Job summary

GameDay Men’s Health in Overland Park, KS is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to serve as a Clinic Director. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule with no nights or weekends and an hourly pay of $55–$60.

The NP will lead clinical operations, manage care plans, and collaborate with a Medical Director to grow the practice. The position requires licensure as an NP, DEA and CS registrations as needed, and experience in men’s health or related fields is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner in good standing.
• 2+ years NP experience preferred.
• Active DEA registration or ability to obtain DEA registration.
• Active Controlled Substance Registration as required.
• Experience in men’s health, hormone replacement therapy, urology, endocrinology, primary care, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients receiving testosterone replacement therapy.
• Develop and manage individualized patient treatment plans.
• Review laboratory results and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
• Provide ongoing patient education and continuity of care.
• Evaluate and treat patients for erectile dysfunction.
• Provide or oversee treatments including Trimix, shockwave therapy, and PRP/P-Shot procedures.
• Administer intramuscular and PRP injections.
• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
• Work collaboratively with the clinic team to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
• Help maintain patient census and clinic growth goals.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, local, and professional requirements.
• Provide clinical leadership and help create a positive, accountable team environment.

What You’ll Do

As our Nurse Practitioner, you will be a key clinical leader within the practice, working closely with our Medical Assistant, administrative team, and Medical Director.

• TRT and erectile dysfunction treatment experience is a major plus
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Confident, professional, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a Medical Director and clinic team
• Desire to grow professionally and become an important part of a growing practice
