GameDay Men’s Health – Overland Park, KS is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to lead as Clinic Director, overseeing clinical operations and care delivery. This full-time role focuses on testosterone replacement therapy, erectile dysfunction management, and patient education in a busy outpatient setting.

You will collaborate with a Medical Director and team, ensure quality care, maintain documentation, and support clinic growth while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner in good standing.
• 2+ years of Nurse Practitioner experience preferred.
• Active DEA registration or ability to obtain.
• Active Controlled Substance Registration as required.
• Experience in men’s health, hormone replacement therapy, urology, endocrinology, primary care, or a related field is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients receiving testosterone replacement therapy.
• Develop and manage individualized patient treatment plans.
• Review laboratory results and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
• Provide ongoing patient education and continuity of care.
• Evaluate and treat patients for erectile dysfunction.
• Provide or oversee treatments including Trimix, shockwave therapy, and PRP/P-Shot procedures.
• Administer intramuscular and PRP injections.
• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
• Work collaboratively with the clinic team to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
• Help maintain patient census and clinic growth goals.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, local, and professional requirements.
• Provide clinical leadership and help create a positive, accountable team environment.
