Gameday Men's Health Eau Claire/Altoona is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to serve as Clinic Director. The role combines clinical leadership with hands-on patient care, focusing on testosterone optimization, ED treatments, medical weight loss, peptide therapies, and related procedures.

The ideal candidate will lead patient care, educate patients, and drive clinic growth in a male-focused health setting.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin Nurse Practitioner/ APRN/ PA license in good standing.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience preferred.
• Experience in men’s health, hormone therapies, or related fields strongly preferred.
• Comfortable performing hands-on procedures and injections.
• Experience with PRP, pellet insertion, phlebotomy, or shockwave therapy preferred; training may be available.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Clinic Director, clinical leader for patient outcomes and clinic growth.

Gameday Men's Health Eau Claire is seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to serve as our Clinic Director.

This is not a traditional primary care position. We are looking for someone who is passionate about men’s health, enjoys building relationships with patients, is comfortable performing procedures, and can confidently recommend treatment options based on each patient's goals and clinical needs.

What You'll Do

As Clinic Director, you will be the clinical leader of the practice and will play a major role in both patient outcomes and clinic growth.

Responsibilities include:

• Evaluate and treat men with symptoms of low testosterone and other hormone-related concerns.
• Interpret comprehensive laboratory results and develop individualized hormone optimization and TRT treatment plans.
• Educate patients on the potential benefits, risks, expectations, and ongoing monitoring associated with testosterone replacement therapy.
• Evaluate patients for erectile dysfunction and sexual performance concerns.
• Recommend and provide non-surgical ED treatment options including acoustic/shockwave therapy, PRP treatments, injectable medications such as Trimix, and other appropriate therapies.
• Evaluate patients for medically supervised weight-loss programs and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
• Educate patients about peptide therapies and their potential role in areas such as recovery, body composition, sexual health, sleep, performance, and overall health optimization when clinically appropriate.
• Perform or supervise clinical procedures including:
  • Blood draws
  • PRP preparation and injections
  • Shockwave/acoustic wave treatments
  • Hormone pellet insertion
  • Intramuscular and subcutaneous injections
• Conduct new-patient consultations and clearly explain treatment options.
• Build trust with patients and confidently recommend the treatments you believe will best help them achieve their goals.
• Help patients overcome concerns or objections and make informed decisions about moving forward with treatment.
• Follow up with patients to evaluate results, adjust treatment plans, and maintain continuity of care.
• Maintain appropriate documentation and comply with state, federal, professional, and clinic requirements.
• Work closely with the Medical Director, General Manager, and clinic team to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
• Help maintain patient retention, treatment acceptance, and clinic census goals.
• Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and training to members of the clinic team.

The right person for this position believes strongly in proactive and preventative men’s health care and is enthusiastic about helping men improve how they feel and perform.

You should be comfortable discussing and recommending treatments such as:

• Testosterone replacement therapy and hormone optimization
• Non-surgical treatments for erectile dysfunction
• Medical weight loss
• Peptide therapy
• PRP and regenerative treatments
• Hormone pellet therapy
• Other evidence-informed health optimization treatments

This position also requires a consultative sales mindset.

Our patients frequently come to us knowing something is wrong but unsure what they should do about it. The Clinic Director must be able to listen to the patient's concerns, identify appropriate treatment options, explain those options clearly, communicate the value of treatment, answer objections, and confidently ask the patient to move forward when treatment is clinically appropriate.

You should enjoy helping patients make decisions rather than simply presenting options and leaving the conversation there.

This position is part-time. Our current hours are T-Th 8 am - 5 pm.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin Nurse Practitioner/APRN/PA license in good standing.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience preferred.
• Experience in men’s health, hormone replacement therapy, urology, endocrinology, sexual medicine, weight management, functional medicine, wellness, or a related field is strongly preferred.
• Comfortable performing hands-on procedures.
• Experience with PRP, pellet insertion, phlebotomy, injections, or shockwave therapy is preferred, although training may be available for the right candidate.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.
• Ability to confidently recommend treatment plans and discuss the value of elective and cash-pay medical services.
• Previous experience in a consultative, sales-oriented, or treatment-conversion environment is highly desirable.
• Comfortable working with compounded medications and appropriate off-label treatments.
• Highly motivated, personable, and comfortable working in a growing entrepreneurial healthcare environment.
• Strong commitment to patient safety, clinical outcomes, and an exceptional patient experience.
