Job summary

The candidate will hold NYS NP certification, a Master’s degree, and at least 3 years in primary or urgent care, with EMR experience and vaccination compliance. Hours are Monday–Friday with after-hours coverage as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for acute and chronic illnesses.

• Assess injuries and provide appropriate treatment/referrals.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, x-rays, etc.).

The position provides high quality preventive healthcare services, including treatment of illnesses/injuries, preventive care, and health education using evidence-based clinical decision making and a holistic approach. This is a part-time position with a 90% schedule. Work hours are Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 4:30pm: August – May with July coverage based on business need.
