Description

One to One Health is looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join our care team located at Caesars Republic/ Harrahs in Lake Tahoe!

This role is central to delivering comprehensive, patient‑centered care as a Provider, working in close collaboration care teams to diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of health conditions. The position requires strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and a commitment to evidence‑based practice in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, adaptable, and dedicated to fostering meaningful patient relationships while upholding the highest standards of clinical excellence and compassionate care.

Responsibilities
  • Perform pre‑employment and annual wellness physicals
  • Manage acute and chronic health problems using evidence‑based protocols, creating and implementing appropriate treatment plans under supervising physician’s protocols
  • Provide health screenings and other disease prevention programs
  • Evaluation and treatment of patients for injury and illness
  • Report and review cases with the medical director and client managers
  • Oversee respirator and auditory testing for employees by clinic staff
  • Provide age‑appropriate assessments and interventions to meet the needs of teammates
  • Uphold high ethical standards and practice within the scope of practice outlined in the written protocol
  • Provide patient education, health coaching, and patient health advocacy
  • Order and analyze diagnostic tests
  • Monitors the effectiveness of interventions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members by making appropriate referrals
  • Enter patient data into the EMR system accurately & promptly
  • Assist in all areas of the clinic, if needed
  • Perform related duties as required

  • Comfort and confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders, including both client and One to One leadership and members of the interdisciplinary team

Qualifications / Experience
  • Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Certified Physician Assistant with an active license, 1 year experience in family medicine, internal medicine or urgent care setting required
  • DEA license preferred
  • BLS Certified
