Job summary

One to One Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our care team located at Caesars Republic/ Harrahs in Lake Tahoe. This PRN role collaborates with supervising physicians to diagnose, treat, and manage a broad range of health conditions in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate is board-certified with an active license, BLS, and 1 year of family/internal medicine or urgent care experience, ready to provide comprehensive patient care and education in a collaborative clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Board-certified NP with an active license in Nevada.
• 1 year of family medicine, internal medicine, or urgent care experience.
• DEA registration preferred.
• BLS certified.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-employment and annual wellness physicals.
• Manage acute and chronic health problems using evidence-based protocols under supervising physician’s protocols.
• Provide health screenings and other disease prevention programs.
• Evaluation and treatment of patients for injury and illness.
• Report and review cases with the medical director and client managers.
• Oversee respirator and auditory testing for employees by clinic staff.
• Provide age-appropriate assessments and interventions to meet the needs of teammates.
• Uphold high ethical standards and practice within the scope of practice outlined in the written protocol.
• Provide patient education, health coaching, and patient health advocacy.
• Order and analyze diagnostic tests.
• Monitor the effectiveness of interventions.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team members by making appropriate referrals.
• Enter patient data into the EMR system accurately & promptly.
• Assist in all areas of the clinic, if needed.
• Perform related duties as required
