Overview

One to One Health is looking for a compassionate and talented Nurse Practitioner to join our care team located at Harrahs in Kansas City!

This role is central to delivering comprehensive, patient‑centered care as a Provider, working in close collaboration with care teams to diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of health conditions. The ideal candidate is dependable, adaptable, and dedicated to fostering meaningful patient relationships while upholding the highest standards of clinical excellence and compassionate care.

This is an exciting opportunity to provide direct and indirect patient care. You will be an integral part of the clinic’s success and responsible for evaluating and treating, managing acute health problems using evidence‑based protocols, and creating and implementing appropriate treatment plans under the supervising physician. Essential Functions

• Perform pre‑employment and annual wellness physicals
• Manage acute and chronic health problems using evidence‑based protocols creating and implementing appropriate treatment plans under supervising physician’s protocols
• Provide health screenings and other disease prevention programs
• Evaluation and treatment of patients for injury and illness
• Report and review cases with the medical director and client managers
• Oversee respirator and auditory testing for employees by clinic staff
• Provide age‑appropriate assessments and interventions to meet the needs of teammates
• Uphold high ethical standards and practice within the scope of practice outlined in the written protocol
• Provide patient education, health coaching, and patient health advocacy
• Order and analyze diagnostic tests
• Monitors the effectiveness of interventions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members by making appropriate referrals
• Enter patient data into the EMR system accurately & promptly
• Assist in all areas of the clinic, if needed
• Perform related duties as requested

Qualifications and Experience

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Certified Physician Assistant with an active license, 1 year experience in family medicine, internal medicine or urgent care setting required
• DEA license preferred
