JumpstartMD is seeking a Clinician Manager (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) in Irvine, CA to lead a dedicated team of health coaches and coordinators. You will oversee transformative member engagement, perform comprehensive assessments, and ensure high-quality care with precise documentation.

The role emphasizes multidisciplinary care in weight management, cardiometabolic health, and preventive medicine, with a focus on leadership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• California-licensed NP or PA.
• Master’s degree from an accredited NP/PA program.
• DEA Registration, OIG clearance, and NPI number.

Responsibilities

• Engage members in 1:1 coaching sessions using motivational interviewing.
• Conduct advanced health assessments and provide education for lasting changes.
• Deliver routine care including physical exams and screenings.
• Ensure meticulous documentation of member progress and needs.
• Lead and develop a small team of health coaches and coordinators.
• Align team efforts with JumpstartMD’s mission and values.
• Lead SOP improvements to enhance member care and outcomes.

Classification : Regular, Full-Time, Exempt

Schedule : Tuesday - Friday, rotating Saturdays 6:50 AM-2:00 PM

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• California licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program.

• Must be able to meet and receive a background check to include criminal records clearance.
