We are currently seeking an experienced and talented full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our busy Stamford/Greenwich Med Spa location.
Role Overview
As the Attune Nurse Practitioner, you will oversee the client’s treatment journey and experience, ensuring each client receives comprehensive assessments to look and feel their best. We immerse our nurses in medical aesthetics combined with integrative wellness, providing ongoing training and a space for professional growth. To succeed, you must have expert technical skills in neurotoxin and filler injectables, along with strong administrative abilities related to client consultations and charting. Our ideal candidate understands professional hospitality, has a sales-oriented mindset, and is passionate about individual and team growth.
Job Qualifications
- Active NP or APRN license in Connecticut, with valid credentials at application time
- Minimum 2 years of experience in med spa nursing, specifically with cosmetic injectables
- Experience using EMR software for med spa purposes
- Preferred experience with aesthetic lasers and IV infusions
- Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments (e.g., ER, hospital) is a plus
- Ability to meet U.S. employment and work eligibility requirements
Job Responsibilities
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of clinic services, technologies, products, policies, and procedures; communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Assess client needs, develop treatment plans, implement modifications, and provide follow-up care
- Administer non-invasive treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, and IV cocktails
- Perform laser procedures including hair removal, pigmented lesion treatment, facial and body rejuvenation, and more
- Adhere to treatment time limits, multitask effectively, and coordinate with staff
- Communicate professionally and educate clients to ensure comfort and satisfaction
- Maintain technical skills, troubleshoot equipment, and utilize social media and EMR systems (experience with Meevo preferred)
- Meet sales targets through cross-selling and upselling; contribute to business development efforts
- Achieve client acquisition, retention, rebooking, and satisfaction goals
- Build rapport through personal promotions, social media, and marketing initiatives
- Engage in continuous learning via training and conferences
- Mentor junior staff, provide feedback, and collaborate on process improvements
- Maintain client confidentiality and accurate charting in compliance with HIPAA
- Practice punctuality, professionalism, and accommodate client requests
- Assist with administrative tasks such as billing and inventory management
- Ensure workspace cleanliness and follow safety protocols
