Job summary

Liberty Hospice in Greenville, NC is seeking an experienced Hospice & Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner for a part-time position (2-3 days per week). The NP will implement palliative care program requirements, conduct patient visits, and coordinate care with the Palliative Care team under medical director guidance.

Applicants must hold a Master’s degree in Nursing, current RN licensure in North Carolina, and NP certification (Adult or Family).

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing required, with current licensure in the state of practice.
• Certification as an Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Experience in Hospice or Palliative Care nursing preferred.
• Knowledge of the framework, function, and organization of a hospice care program.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
