Role Description

This full-time, on-site Nurse Practitioner role is based in Grand Rapids, MI, and involves delivering direct patient care in a family medicine setting. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing patient assessments, obtaining medical histories, conducting physical exams, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and developing treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other clinicians. The Nurse Practitioner will manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications as appropriate, and provide preventive care, health counseling, and patient education. Qualifications
