Job summary

Project New Generation LLC is seeking a passionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team in Glendale, AZ. This on-site position offers the opportunity to impact patient lives within a collaborative, supportive environment focused on quality care and outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have an AZ NP license (or eligibility), MSN/DNP, national board certification, and DEA license. Experience in primary care or family practice is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active NP license in AZ and board-certified in a relevant family or adult primary care track.
• Graduate-level nursing degree (MSN or DNP) from an accredited program.
• Proven experience with EMR systems and patient documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, physical exams, and health histories.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions across patient populations.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations and clinical guidelines.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests including labs and imaging.
• Educate patients and families on health management, prevention, and wellness.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EMR system.

• Active DEA license or ability to obtain one
• Experience in primary care, family practice, or related clinical setting preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and patient-centered bedside manner
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
