Texoma Medical Center in Indiana is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide direct patient care in a psychiatric/mental health setting. You will assess, diagnose, plan, and prescribe pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatments within this specialized field.

The role requires a Master’s Degree in Nursing and a minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in psychiatry or mental health, along with Indiana RN licensure and APN practitioner licensure status with the State Health Professions

The Nurse Practitioner provides direct client care, including assessing, diagnosing, planning, and prescribing pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatment of health problems, health promotion and preventive care within this specialized area of practice.

Qualifications

Education: Master’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.

Experience: A minimum of two (2) years direct clinical experience in a psychiatric or mental health setting, preferred.

Licensure: Indiana State Registered Nurse; CSR and APN Practitioner Licensure through the State of Indiana Health Professions Bureau.
