Job summary

Planned Parenthood Southwest Ohio Region is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to deliver comprehensive reproductive healthcare and to provide clinical leadership within the health center. You will work with the Health Center Manager and team to enhance patient experience, quality of care, and staff development.

The role combines direct patient care, mentorship, and quality improvement in a supportive environment where your contributions matter.

Qualifications

• Licensed APRN with passion for reproductive healthcare and patient-centered care.
• Experience in OB/GYN, women's health, or family planning is a plus.
• Bilingual abilities are a bonus for patient access and care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive reproductive healthcare services per clinical protocols.
• Assess patients, develop treatment plans, and coordinate referrals.
• Provide medication abortion services in-person and via telehealth after training.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and documentation.
• Mentor health center staff and lead quality improvement initiatives.
• Participate in staff meetings, workflow improvements, and leadership activities.
