Pinnacle Fertility in Chicago, IL is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) to join our multidisciplinary team. This full-time, onsite role supports fertility patient journeys, with a schedule Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM and occasional weekend/holiday coverage.

The PA will conduct consultations, manage fertility treatments (IUI, IVF), perform ultrasounds, triage OB cases, educate patients, and coordinate care across providers while maintaining EMR records and participating in quality improvement.

Qualifications

• PA with IL state RN license.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience.
• Active BLS required.
• Women’s health background preferred.
• Excellent communication and counseling skills.
• Ability to triage complex OB cases.
• Salary: $105,000–$130,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations and assessments, including fertility evaluations and initial workups.
• Manage fertility treatments such as ovulation induction, IUI, and IVF.
• Perform diagnostic procedures, including ultrasounds and monitoring for fertility treatments.
• Triage complex OB cases and early OB ultrasounds.
• Educate patients on fertility treatments, procedures, medications, and care plans.
• Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and laboratory staff.
• Maintain accurate EMR patient records.
• Participate in quality improvement and continuing education.

About the Role

The Physician Assistant (PA) position at Pinnacle Fertility offers an exciting opportunity to be an essential part of a fertility patient’s journey toward parenthood. We are seeking an experienced PA who is compassionate, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and the ability to work independently, particularly in triaging complex OB cases.

We are seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dedicated team at Pinnacle Fertility - Illinois in Chicago, IL . This is a full-time, onsite position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM , and an occasional weekend/holiday coverage as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations and assessments, including fertility evaluations and initial workups.
• Manage fertility treatments such as ovulation induction, intrauterine insemination (IUI), and in vitro fertilization (IVF).
• Perform diagnostic procedures, including ultrasounds, uterine assessments, and monitoring for fertility treatments.
• Effectively triage cases, including bleeding OBs, ectopics, and challenging early OB ultrasounds.
• Educate patients on fertility treatments, procedures, medications, and care plans.
• Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families throughout their treatment.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and laboratory staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate patient records in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education to stay current in reproductive medicine.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Physician Assistant (PA) with an active IL state RN license.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
• Active BLS required.
• Women’s health background preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient counseling skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively triage complex OB cases.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
• Annual Salary: $105,000 to $130,000 annually. Final salary offers will be based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
