Responsibilities

• Work independently with offsite physician collaboration as needed.

Elite Corporate Medical Services is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our private, employer-sponsored clinic in Tulare, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate provider looking for meaningful work without the pressure of high-volume settings or RVU metrics.

See an average of 4 - 6 patients per day in a supportive clinic environment — allowing you to focus on quality care.

Schedule

Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM*

Thursday - 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM*

*The clinic is closed one hour for lunch.

Elite Providers are responsible to

• Use medical training, skills and clinical judgment to provide timely, responsive care to treat a multi-cultural patient population.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and conditions
• Work independently, contacting offsite collaborating physician as needed regarding patient care.
• Responsible for personalized treatment of patients, ensuring care is relevant for short and long term outcomes.
• Responsible for seeing all scheduled and walk-in patients each day (approximately 4 patients daily).
• Prescribe medications and treatments based on patient needs and in accordance with practice guidelines.
• Provide patient education on disease prevention, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to document patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records using eClinicalWorks.

Requirements

• Must have an active California Nurse Practitioner License.
• Must have or be able to obtain an active Furnishing License and DEA registration within 120 days of hire.
• Must have or be able to obtain BLS Certification within 10 days of hire.
• Must be or become proficient in utilizing medical equipment and technology relevant to the role (e.g., DME, EMR (eClinicalWorks), etc.).
