Job Description: Nurse Practitioner at CoreLife (MedStar Health Partner)

Join MedStar Health and CoreLife in transforming healthcare for obesity and chronic illnesses through an integrated, evidence-based care model. We focus on addressing social determinants and root causes, providing coordinated medical, nutritional, behavioral, and exercise support to empower patients.

Location: Bowie, MD

Schedule: 10 hours/day, Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday

Role: Lead a multidisciplinary team including dietitians and exercise trainers, managing conditions related to obesity and engaging patients in comprehensive care.

Standards: Services provided in accordance with accepted medical practices and productivity standards set by MedStar Health and CoreLife leadership.
