Lange Recruiting is assisting an independent internal medicine practice in Boca Raton, FL, as it adds a certified Nurse Practitioner to its private, concierge-style model. The NP will independently evaluate and manage an established patient panel, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a mentoring physician.

Expect a flexible schedule, daytime hours (9 am–4 pm), and a supportive team focused on high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Practitioner with active Florida license and DEA.
• Experience in primary care or internal medicine preferred.
• Ability to work independently with strong clinical judgment.
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.

Responsabilités

• Independently evaluate, diagnose, treat and manage an established panel of internal medicine patients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans, provide patient education and coordinate ongoing care.
• Manage chronic conditions, preventive care and routine primary care needs.
• Collaborate with the physician as needed to ensure excellent clinical outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record.

Are you an experienced Nurse Practitioner who enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients and taking ownership of their care? Would you thrive in a small, supportive private practice where your clinical judgment is valued and you have the opportunity to make a real difference? This well-established, independent internal medicine practice is seeking a certified Nurse Practitioner to join its close-knit team. As the practice transitions to a concierge medicine model, the NP will assume primary responsibility for caring for the practice's established non-concierge patient population.

• Certified Nurse Practitioner with an active Florida NP license and DEA license.
• At least one year of primary care or internal medicine experience, preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and the confidence to manage patients independently.
• Excellent communication, organizational and patient relationship skills.
